• Terms and Conditions of Sales
    1. General
       These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions through this B2B site unless otherwise agreed. Placing an order via this B2B site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    2. Minimum Order
      Minimum order amount is 330,000 JPY (excluding tax).
    3. Offers and Acceptance
      Offers, orders, or oral commitments become binding only upon confirmation via this B2B site. In case of immediate delivery, the invoice may serve as confirmation. Information such as product images, descriptions, dimensions, and weights listed on this B2B site are for reference only.
    4. Wholesale Pricing
       All prices shown on the B2B site are wholesale prices. Suggested retail prices (for Japan) are shown for reference only.
      Products sold in Japan must be priced according to the suggested retail price shown.
    5. Payment Terms
      We accept payments via credit card, Wise, and PayPal.
      A 4% transaction fee will be charged later for payments made by credit card or PayPal.
      To avoid this fee, please use Wise.

      An order is confirmed when a 30% deposit is paid at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.
      Orders are generally invoiced and paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. All invoicing and payment are processed through this B2B site.
    6. Backorders
      If items are out of stock at the time of delivery, the customer may re-order the items via the B2B site.
    7. Shipping Terms
      For international shipments, shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be invoiced separately before dispatch.
      For domestic Japanese shipments, shipping is free for orders with a wholesale value of 30,000 JPY or more (excluding tax).
      Depending on order volume, shipments may be split into multiple deliveries. The amount for each shipment and its shipping cost will be invoiced accordingly. The remaining balance from the initial deposit will be reconciled with the final shipment. (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa).
    8. Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
      Inspect all items upon delivery.
      Any missing or damaged items must be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery, and the driver must acknowledge it on the waybill.
      Additionally, for defective items, please take a photo and contact us via email. Keep the items as-is until we provide further instructions.
    9. Customs and Import Regulations
      The customer is responsible for complying with all customs and import regulations of their country.
    10. Payment Currency
       All prices and payments are made in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise agreed.
    11. Sales Platforms
      Resale of THE SUPERIOR LABOR products on platforms such as Amazon and eBay is not allowed without prior written consent.
    12. Notes on Product Characteristics
      THE SUPERIOR LABOR products use natural tanned leather to preserve its raw and simple character. As such, the following conditions may be present:
      • ● Wrinkles or creases may occur due to storage conditions.
      • ● Scratches may appear from contact or pressure between products.
      • ● Stains or marks derived from the original hide may be visible.

      These are not defects but characteristics of natural materials. We intentionally use leather as it is to avoid wasting limited resources. Please understand and appreciate these unique features.
