Work at nap village involves manufacturing leather and canvas products.

You will be meticulously crafting products for our in-house brand, "THE SUPERIOR LABOR," by hand.

This job is by no means easy.

Both precision and speed are required in the daily mass production work.

However, this accumulation of experience will build solid skills and lead to becoming a true artisan.

You will acquire skills over approximately five years, following our unique step-up chart.

You can progressively master a wide range of skills, from bag sewing and assembly to cutting, sewing, and finishing small leather goods like wallets and card cases.

We also regularly conduct observations and interviews to check on skill development progress.

Initially, you will start with simple tasks such as marking and ironing.

Once you get comfortable, you can challenge yourself with sewing using a sewing machine and painting pouches.
