This job involves manufacturing for our own brand, THE SUPERIOR LABOR.

Based on our unique step-up chart, in about five years you will acquire the skills to sew and assemble bags, as well as cut, sew, assemble and finish small leather items such as wallets and card cases.

Senior employees will provide easy-to-understand instruction while actually working on daily mass production.

Every few months, you will have skill-up tests and meetings to steadily improve your manufacturing skills.

Driver's license (as commuting by car is required)

・Photography (capable of taking beautiful and clear photos of things)

・English conversation (enough to be able to give directions without hesitation)

- Be able to write easy-to-understand explanations

Drawing pictures

・Sewing with a sewing machine

・Experience sewing leather accessories and bags

・Pattern production

・Production management

Starting salary: 170,000 to 220,000 yen (monthly salary) *The upper limit may be exceeded depending on ability, experience, etc.

Transportation expenses: Provided (company regulations apply)

Overtime: Average of 10 hours per month (100% paid)

Salary increase: once a year (system in place)

Bonuses: Twice a year (summer, winter, and fiscal year end bonuses *May not be paid depending on performance)

Assistant for manufacturing and shipping leather and canvas products

This job involves manufacturing and shipping our own brand, THE SUPERIOR LABOR.

Since this is an assistant job, you will start with simple tasks such as marking and ironing, and once you get used to it you will be able to sew on a sewing machine and paint pouches.

The finished products are inspected, tagged, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

We handle shipping for the online store.
