I've heard that a decline in grip strength increases the risk of cognitive decline in the future.
I did some research and found out that a decline in physical ability, such as slow walking speed and poor grip strength, may increase the risk of dementia and stroke in the future.
Now that I've turned the corner of my life, if I'm going to live longer, I want to be able to do so without causing trouble to my daughters.
With that in mind, I'm over-the-top today!
