I originally made this "tool bag" to store tent pegs and other camping gear.
I use it to carry my work tools around the studio.
The top cover and surrounding area are filled with urethane cushioning.
The bottom has a hard core material to keep the shape flat.
There is a nifty little pocket for pens, etc., and a nice Velcro handle to hold it all together. The outer fabric is paraffin canvas, and the inner lining is medium-weight nylon, so it can handle a little water damage.
I think it's a pretty good tool bag.
Not only for camping, but also in the house, office, etc., it is just right for "packing a little and moving a little.
