Due to the coronavirus, I've been living a self-restrained life for over a year now.
Since I have been so busy, I decided to start something new.
First, smoking.
Then, making sweets.
I'm a complete novice when it comes to making sweets, so I had to start by looking up technical terms in recipes.
In addition, some expressions such as "mix as if you were cutting" and "until it becomes white and mottled" are difficult to imagine because I have no experience.
However, in this modern age of convenience, there are video recipes, and if you measure the ingredients properly, the taste is definitely delicious.
First, I follow the recipe, then I improve on my remarks, and the next time, I improve it in my own way.
It's a process of exploration, just like when I first started leather crafting.
I believe that if you explore new things, you will see something different. You might even see things differently and think differently.
I think now is a good time to start something new.
And today, I submitted my application for the hunting license test.
